I am using Visual dBASE 5.6.  I am trying to add a calculated field to a
query.  When I save the query the field is there.  When I re-open the query
the calculated field is gone.  I tried this a number of times but the field
is gone when I reopen the query.   What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for any help...

Jerome,

I would suggest you repost your question, showing how you are creating
the calculated field, to one of the new news groups at dBASE Inc. These
groups are winding down. There is a link below my signature that will
