Dear Ms. Galt,

You are to be commended in your effort to educate people in what they
don’t know and what they could do to turn things around. I am sure you
know from experience that it is difficult to convince people of what
you know and your beliefs. People just aren’t that open minded to
accept the possibility of something new.  They tend to laugh and make
fun of it which reveals their maturity and level of knowledge on the
topic.

If you are concerned about government schools then you must be
familiar with OBE - not Out of Body Experience - but Outcome Based
Education which was taught at Columbine High School. OBE is also known
as Values Clarification.  OBE teaches there is no right or wrong; each
student must make his own values. And Kliebold and Harris did exactly
that.  I asked our Colorado State Sen. Lois Tochtrop if OBE was taught
in other Colorado schools. She contacted the Colorado Dept. Of
Education and they told her it is up to each individual school
district.
