If you are interested in making a little extra money by running your own mail order business from home with a US$5 one-time investment then please read on ...

Firstly, let's state what this opportunity IS NOT:
--------------------------------------------------
* It is not a scam.
* It is not a "get rich quick" scheme.
* It is not a multi-level marketing organisation.
* It is not a "pyramid" scheme.

(these latter 2 have a focus on recruitment, not purchasing products, and as such they are illegal structures in most, if not all, countries around the world).

Now let's state what this opportunity IS:
-----------------------------------------
* It is a legitamite business opportunity.
* It is a sure-fire way to make a little extra cash.
* I understand it to be totally legal in all countries around the world.
* It is something that can be accomplished from the comfort of your own home.
* Age is not a barrier.
* It is a business that requires honesty and integrity.

Please, tell me more.
---------------------
Okay. Let's ask ourselves for a minute "what is a legitamite business?".

The answer is, of course, simple: "A legitamite business involves providing products and/or services, usually for a fee".

The opportunity I am going to tell you about is simplicity itself. It involves purchasing my product (a mailing list). Then, from your own marketing efforts, you will have customers buy *your* mailing list (an adaption of *my* mailing list). Your customers will then conduct their own marketing campaign and have customers buy *their* mailing list. And so on ... Because everyone is purchasing a product (ie. a mailing list), this programme is totally legal.

Exactly how does it work?
-------------------------
I have a mailing list of five (5) names I am going to sell to you for the princely sum of one American dollar (US$1). This list is then yours to keep forever. If you never intend on sell this list to others, then that's as far as this opportunity goes - you will have spent US$1 for a list of 5 names that you can hang in your study !!

But of course, you now wish to go into business for yourself and on-sell this list to others, so that you can make a little money too (this whole business operates much like a franchised business does). However, to use the other names in your list, you must pay each of them one American dollar (US$1) also for the rights to include their name on your list (this is like a "royalty payment" or "license fee" - the same thing happen when you buy a music CD; some of the money is paid to the recording studio and recording artists as a royalty payment).

Now, to make this list your own list that you can on-sell, you will need to add your name to the bottom of the list, remove the name on the top of the list, thereby giving you a *new* 5-name mailing list. This is *your* mailing list now. But before you can sell your list, you need to send one American dollar (US$1) to the top three (3) names appearing on the list (the 4th is no wmy name and the 5th is now your name).

Your total investment for your new business will be:
* 5 US$1 bills (if outside the USA your bank can sell you US currency)
* 5 envelopes
* 5 sheets of paper
* 5 stamps
* around 1 hour of your time so far

Then you will need to advertise that your mailing list is for sale.

Note: If you feel at all uncomfortable about this opportunity, then please, don't hesitate to talk to your friends or colleagues, or to your accountant/solicitor for advice.

How much money can you expect to earn from your efforts?
--------------------------------------------------------
As we stated earlier, this is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme. Your rewards are largely based on the amount of effort you put in to your marketing campaigns. However, you do have one significant advantage in your business - you are using the power of leveraging. Just like the music CD, for every person that buys a mailing list with your name on it, you get a royalty/license fee.

For example:

Assume you post 200 messages (you have some 20-30,000 newsgroups to post to).
Your name is at position 5 in the mailing list.
Assume only 10 people (5%) respond.
You will receive 10 people * US$1 = US$10

Now assume those 10 people also post to 200 newsgroups just like you did, and they also get a 5% response rate. That's 10 original people (who have your name at position 4 in their mailing list) who have 10 respondants each sending you a US$1 bill. That's 10 * 10 * US$1 = US$100

Now assume those 10 people also post to 200 newsgroups, and they also get a 5% response rate. That's 10 * 10 * 10 * US$1 = US$1,000. Your name was at position 3.

Now assume those 10 people also follow suite and post to 200 newsgroups, and they also get a 5% response rate. That's 10 * 10 * 10 * 10 * US$1 = US$10,000. Your name was at position 2.

Now assume those 10 people do like evveryone else and post to 200 newsgroups, and they also get a 5% response rate. That's 10 * 10 * 10 * 10 * 10 * US$1 = US$100,000. Your name was at position 1.

By the time your name drops off the top of the list, in this example scenario, you will have earned US$111,110 for the simple investment of US$5 + some minor operating expenses for your first mail campaign. That's leveraging at work. Of course, it may take several months or even a year to have your name drop of the list (don't forget your name may drop of some lists earlier than others). But does it really matter how long it takes? Any return on your initial US$5 has to be a good investment, doesn't it?

By monitoring the mailing lists being posted to the newsgroups) you will discover when your name drops off the list. Then you can become a purchasor of *that* list and add your name to the bottom and repeat the whole process.

What you require to get started
---------------------------------
* A little time.
* Access to a computer which has access to the Internet.
* A USENET or email program (these can be obtained for free across the Internet).

Note: Like all businesses, the more time you spend marketing your business, the more chances you have of securing more customers.

What don't I need?
------------------
* You do not need to purchase a business or trading name.
* You do not need to purchase a company.
* This is a little business you can conduct as an individual from the comfort of your own home (if that is where your computer is!).

Note: As an individual it is your responsibility to declare any extra income you earn on your tax return. If you are unsure how earning extra income will effect your tax position, please seek the advice of your accountant or tax advisor.

How to get started
---------------------
Here is the mailing list I am selling you:

1) Garry COLLINS
   567 Poe Road
   Grand Rapid FLA 65387
   USA

2) Charles HARTLEX
   PO BOX 365
   Youngstown, IL 96750
   USA

3) Sylvain LE BORGNE
   130 E. Washington Apt#1
   Bowling Green OH 43402
   USA

4) Clinton J Beaton
   213 Lancaster Terrace
   Edmonton Alberta T5X-5T3
   Canada

5) NetMoney
   Box 15
   2 Carmen Drive
   Carlingford NSW 2118
   Australia

STEP 1

On a plain envelope, write my name and address on the front as it appears in list entry number 5) above. Then write your return address on the back of the envelope (just in case your letter gets lost in the mail system, it and your US$1 can find its way back to you!). Next, write on a sheet of paper your name and address and the words "PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR MAILING LIST", then fold a US$1 bill inside this sheet of paper and place this folded sheet of paper inside the envelope. Hold the envelope up to the light to ensure it is *impossible* to see that the envelope contains money. Seal the envelope and place a stamp on the front (you may wait until you visit your post office to purchase the stamp, so that you may purchase the correctly valued stamp for the destination).

Note: Please use US$1 bills as the currency as this maintains a fair and consistent system of payment to all.

STEP 2

Repeat the processes listed in STEP 1 above for the other 4 names in the list. You should now have five (5) envelopes, all clearly addressed (one per name entry in the mailing list above), with your return address on the back. Check that you cannot identify that a dollar bill is hidden within the envelope when held up to the light. Post these envelopes now - they should take around 1 week to reach their destination.

STEP 3

Now make an electronic copy of this email. Insert *after* entry number 5) in the above mailing list a new entry called 6). Place your name and mailing address next to this.

STEP 4

Now remove (delete) entry number 1) - now you re left with 5 entries numbered 2) 3) 4) 5) 6). Renumber this list to 1) 2) 3) 4) 5). Your name should now be entry number 5). My name should be entry number 4).

STEP 5

Okay, you now have your mailing list prepared. So now you have to market your product to a wider audience as possible.

One of the best ways of doing this is via the multitude of newsgroups (probably the place where you found this letter in the first place). This is where we leverage off the growth of the Internet. At present there are between 20 to 30 thousand newsgroups in existance. Many of these newsgroups are frequented by new people who have either just dicovered the USENET system or those who have just joined the Internet. Given the Internet is used by some 50-odd million people frequently (this number typically varies 10%-20% or more, depending on which survey you read), and the number of Internet users is doubling every 12 months or less (it appears exponential at present with no signs of slowing down), you have one of the largest audiences around!

Of course you don't have to stick with advertising (posting) your new business product to the multitude of newsgroups. You can use email (email all your friends and colleagues) as an effective way of marketing too.

A final note about this opportunity
-----------------------------------
This system works, and work extremely well, if honesty is deployed. Sure, you can add your name to the list and not send your money, but why? You'll feel tremendously guilty and the other names in the list will know you're a cheat - and they may even post messages to all the newsgroups stating you're a cheat. Is the deception really worth it? All for a lousy 5 bucks! I don't think so. Just follow by the rules set out above and you'll make a little extra money.

May I take this opportunity to wish you good luck in your new business venture.

Best regards
