Neither the Democratic party platform, nor its candidates are consistant.
(for that matter, neither is the Republican party.) Consider, for example,
their support of _both_ a woman's access to abortions _and_ a national
health care system; despite the fact that such a health case system
would allow federal bans on abortion regardless of Roe v. Wade.

There are two ways to explain a party-line vote: They, by coincidince,
agree with the party on all issues or they aren't thinking through all
the issues and are just voting the way some "authority" (the party)
told them to. I personally find it hard to beleve that coincidince
could explain so many votes.

That isn't really necessary: The rest of the state (even excluding Aspen, etc..)
voted (for example) for Campbell (a democratic vote) and against Amendment 6
(a conservative vote), etc...
