Dear Sirs:

Our firm, Orion Group (USA), Ltd. urgently needs competent help with
arranging multiple transportation and shipping services to and from CIS
countries.

Of first priority, Orion Group urgently needs to charter minimum 10,000
MT vessels for multiple shipments from Odessa, Ukrainia and other CIS
origins to world ports.

If agreeable to all concerned, this charter can be made continuous
monthly for 24 months, with additional trips locally on a steady basis.

Also, MANY other transportation requirements are in urgent need of
solution.
