     Larry Dodge will appear on Mike Rosen's talk show on Tuesday,  June
  9th, at 10am on Denver's  KOA radio (85 on the  AM dial).  This is  in
  response to Mr. Rosen's anti-FIJA column which appeared in the  Denver
  Post recently.

     A quote from the Mike Rosen article:  "If you liked the Rodney King
  verdict, you'll love FIJA".

     Tune in to  hear an interesting  discussion of how  FIJA might have
  changed the Rodney King verdict!

     WHAT IS "FIJA"?

     FIJA  stands  for  Fully  Informed  Jury  Association.   They are a
  nationwide network of jury-rights  activists and groups.   The current
  project  is  also  known  as  "FIJA",  THE  FULLY INFORMED JURY ACT OR
  AMENDMENT.

     As an amendment to the state constitution, FIJA would require  that
  trial judges resume the former practice of telling jurors about  their
  right to  judge both  the law  and the  fact regarding  each and every
  charge against a defendant.  We want the judge, like everyone else  in
  the courtroom, to tell the whole truth and nothing but.
