I'll admit that my opinions are biased, but I will personally gain nothing from stating these opinions. A friend of mine was the founder and owner of Terra-Tek and the company has been around for at least 6 years. I think the biggest thing in their favor compared to other computer companies. Is that in addition to being local (versus mail order,) they have a LIFETIME service warrantee. (and 1 year for parts) Since the going repair rate is probably at least $40 per hour, if your machine ever needs work after the first year, this will definitely save real bucks. Another thing that sets them apart from other companies is the fact that they have donated over 25% of their profits to local environmental, peace, and community orginizations. Otherwise, they are just a decent solid company which I have bought stuff from. Your opinions may differ, these are just mine... Lee
