Uh...beg your pardon? Since when is a vagina on the surface? And my body
fat has redistributed now so that even my hips are wider than any male
you've ever seen or are likely too. People see I'm a woman from 50 feet
away. I even get called out to as "ma'am" from people ten feet behind me
who can't even see my face.

So do many genetically born women. Do they lose the title if they need a
hysterectomy or dual mastectomies for example?

If a man loses his genitals in a motorcycle accident and still identifies
as a man, is he still a man?

What's between the ears is much more important than what's between the
legs.

A vagina isn't a drastic change? :-)

Ok, so I can't enter the Olympics. Darn. :-)

There's virtually no difference unless you look at things at the genetic
levels and no one ever does, unless you try out for the Olympics. And then
there have been something like 17 different genetic genders that I
mentioned before too, so they might be disqualifying women who have what
look like male genes, but the women were even born female. It's a
confusing thing that the world just hasn't figured out how to really deal
with yet, and they're doing a pretty poor job with.
