SemiTorr Associates, Inc., is a manufactures' representative and distributor
firm catering to the semiconductor, disk drive and high-tech industries.  We
have an opening for an Admin Assistant.  Our office is located on the Pearl
Street Mall in downtown Boulder.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all incoming phone traffic and directing our customers to
the appropriate salesperson.  Orders and stocks office supplies and sales
literature, makes all hotel reservations.  FedEx and UPS mailings required.
Data Entry includes Accts. Payable, Accts. Receivable, and daily memo's,
quotes, and letters.

Desired Requirements:

Must have excellent telephone etiquette and be a "people" person.  A
professional and friendly attitude, as well as attention to detail is very
important to us.  Basic office experience and computer knowledge is highly
desireable.  We will train the right person.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent telephone voice, organizational skills, and basic computer skills.

Salary commensurate w/ experience.  Full Dental and Medical benefits.
