Hey, this is exactly a service that is needed. With computers becoming
more like appliences every day and people as Users/Drivers who don't
need to know about the insides. I'm constantly getting questions and
helping people do simple things like getting a zip drive going, or
installing software or ......

Just like a maytag repairman, or auto mechanic or plumber....
