I want to take a drastic measure and change my lifestyle from boating
in the warm Gulf of Mexico to living in the cold mountain climate.

I am willing to trade an ocean going yacht/boat for some mountain
property with a rustic cabin on it.

I am willing to take a hefty or substantial loss on this just so I
don't have to go through selling my boat and then, hunting for a
parcel to buy. Tell me what you have. I am not finicky.

Thank you.
