WANTED: purchase price estimate of 2/3 bedroom apts.

a friend of mine (overseas) asks what the ballpark estimate purchase price of a 2 or 3 bedroom modern apartment in boston's metro west would be. i know that realtors would give me a more precise answer on this, but i only got the phone call from my friend this sunday afternoon, and i couldn't find a realtor who was open. on top of that, i am flying home tomorrow morning, which again rules out contacting the realtors for the answer. all my friend wishes to get is a round-about, ballpark estimate for a 2 or 3 bedroom modern apartment. an example of such an apartment would be something like the dexter park apartments in brookline, the atrium in allston, or the union square apartments in allston (or even the charles river park!). i will be checking e-mail until as late as 5a.m. monday morning, so please reply to me if you have a figure in your mind. thanks for your help. cheers, doug
