			ROOMMATE WANTED

	To share 2 bedroom apartment. I am a Computer Science graduate
student at BU working on my dissertation. The apartment is located on
Gardner Street in Allston. It is very close to the intersection of
Comm. Ave and Brighton Ave.

	- Clean quiet and safe.

	- 15 minute walk to BU, 2 minutes to T and buses.
	  2 blocks to Case Gym.

	- Laundry in room next to apartment.

	- Kitchen w/ dishwasher and disposal; I have a
	  microwave oven and a TV. The living room is partially
	  furnished and you get the large unfurnished bedroom.

	- $385 rent includes heat, hot water and OFF-STREET parking.
	  $362.50 without parking.

	- Available 9/1/92.
