We have a small room available February 29 in a three room
apartment. Its dimensions are 8.5' X 12.5'. It is carpeted, opens onto
a balcony, and is equipped with a closet, a heater and a ceiling fan. It
is located in East Cambridge, within easy walking distance from MIT, a
grocery store, the Cambridgeside Galleria, a couple of laundromats, and
red and green rail transit lines. It is in a comparatively quiet area
and the room faces away from the street. On-street parking very
available.
The roommates are graduate students at Harvard and MIT. We are
quiet, unobtrusive, very dedicated to our work, and hygienic, and would
like to find someone similar to share our apartment. Non-smokers *only*,
please.
The rent is $470/mo., plus one third of utilities bill. Initial
downpayment of first and last month's rent, plus security deposit of
$160. If interested, please contact emessmac@mit.edu and/or reply to
this
post.
