A spacious room in a split one-bedroom is available in this summer,
rent $375 plus utilities (about $20-30).

1) Modern apartment with big kitchen, enough storage space.

2) The room is very clean, and all equipment can be used by temp
tenant, (TV, computer, exercise equipment)

3) 0.5 min to bus 57, 3 min to T train (Green B line), 6 min to Star, Osco,
CVS.

4) Time is negotiable, preferably from mid-June to the end of August).
