Hi, We have a large room available in a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Brookline. This room will be available from January 1st. 97 thru August 31,1997. About 7 minutes walking distance from the B line T-stop. 10 minutes from Allston CVS and Boston University Shuttle bus. The room is HUGE with large windows and a closet. Partly furnished with complete bed frame. SOme desks and cabinet are available. THe house comes with a brand new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Entire house is carpeted. Has a large separate dining room with a table that seats 8. Even comes with a chandelier. Large bathroom. No parking available at this moment...but can be rented in the nearby area quite easily for a nominal fee. 2 current roomates are responsible, clean and easy going. Rent: $510.00 per month. Hot water included. Utilities will be shared equally between members of the household. Prospective roomates must be prompt with rent and utility payments. Great easy going landlord !
