The bedroom is located in the corner of the apartment and gets morning

qualities.

Rent is $500/month, including heat and hot water. Utilities include
phone ($amount depends on whether line is shared; unit is wired for
two lines), gas ($5-10/month), and electric ($20-25/month, approx.)

Landlord will require that you sign a lease, and pay first months
rent and a security deposit equal to first months rent up front.
Leaes terms are tenant-at-will (you can live here on a month-by-month
basis), with at least 30 days notice of intention to vacate.

If you have questions, or would like to see the apartment, please
call 739-9989 between 10am-8pm and ask for Kris (please leave a
message on voice mail if no one picks up).
