My boyfriend(a working person) and I (a student) are seeking a one-bedroom
apartment in the Boston metro area starting May 1st.  We'd be willing to pay
up to and including $1100/month and while all criterion are flexable, we'd
prefer that the rate includes some/all utilities.  We're flexable as to
whether or not the apartment is furnished.  It is imperative that we be the
only tenants at the time of our lease, and for the apartment itself(and the
area it's in) to be clean, safe, and easily accessible by public
transportation.
