Greetings People in the hectic apartment hunt,

	My roommate and I are searching for a third person to sublet or rent a
room in a three bedroom apartment for the fall semester.  

	We are looking to get our rent down to around $400 per month while
still living in a decent apartment in a decent location.  We have several good
potential apartment but need a third to economise.

	We are both graduate students at the College of Communications, and
generally fun people who know when to work and when to fool around.  We're
non-smokers, and don't have any pets (aside from an occasional inanimate
object).
