Hi,

Available from Sept 1st or Aug 1st:
1 bedroom with bathroom in a beatiful 2 bedroom apt.
Apt is big with huge living room, porch, fully carpeted, air-conditioned.
It is in a nice apt. complex on Commonwelath Avenue (Rt. 30) right next to the
intersection of Rt. 128 (I-95) and Mass Pike (I-90). It is located in Newton
in a very nice neighbourhood and is close to Waltham, Weston and
Wellesley. The apt. has two bathrooms and unlimited free parking. The complex
has two swimming pools, a tennis court and a sauna. It is professionally
managed and is completely hassle free.
Rent: $595 per month per person heat and hot water included. The realty fees
has already been paid by me last year so that is not an issue.
Myself:
Professional, 24 yr old male.

If you are interested, please let me know by calling at (617) 964-3718 or
mailing at seth@ptc.com.
Thanks.
