At corner of Harvard Ave (really Long Ave) and Commonwealth Ave (Abbott Square)
in Boston (Allston) a 4th floor 3 bedroom has one room available for next year's lease at $400/month. Large common room and kitchen (sunny), roof access,
basement washers and dryers. Room available gets afternoon sun. 
One of us is from India the other from Connecticut, both BU graduate students. Prefer a non-smoker.
