I'm subletting my room for July and August.

The room is large (11x20') and sunny (south-facing window) with 12'
ceilings, a (decorative) fireplace and hardwood floors.

The apartment is a 4BR Penthouse on Comm Av at Clarendon (Boston's best
address).  Living room has a huge skylight.  1.5 bathrooms (.5 is private
to one room but does reduce congestion).  Washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.
You'll share the flat with 3 professional male twentysomethings.

Negotiable rent is $550/month, including all utilities.

Very cool place.  Must see to believe.
