Room available for sublet, May 1st to August 31st!

In a two-bedroom appartment located at 600 Cambridge Street, in Allston.
Third floor of a big house. You will share living room, kitchen and
bathroom with a male graduate student, clean and quiet. Washing machine
and dryer in the basement.

It is 10 min away from BU by both the bus and the T. The T stop is
5 min walk from the house, the bus passes right in front of the house.
The available room is medium size, sunny and with a big closet.
The rent is $600 per month. Heat and hot water included.
I'm looking for a quiet, responsible, non-smoking person, preferably
grad student or professional. First and last month's rent required.
