A room is available in a 3-bedroom apartment in Brighton for the summer. 
The apartment is very large and is in a quiet area about 3 min away from
the B line (Sutherland Rd. stop). 
The available room is quite small but very sunny (5 windows).
Rent: $535/month, heat & hot water included. 1st and last month's rent
deposit is required.

The other roommates are grad students at BU in their late twenties, both
males.
