upcoming vacancies in an AWESOME house on a quiet street
off Mass Ave. near Porter Square (Cambridge). Total # of
people in this 2-bathroom house will be FOUR. The current
two residents are graduate students (28F and 28M).

The move-in date is between 10/21-11/01.

In addition to individual bedrooms, the attractions
include:

- HUGE basement (partly carpeted, clean)
- Washer/dryer (no coins needed!)
- Plentiful street parking
- Great neighborhood
- 2 min walk to Porter Sq T-station & shopping mall
- 3 min walk from Davis Square

Rent is ONLY $375/month, plus utilities (gas+electricity;
average $50/month), and $15 per head per month cleaning
charges (yes, all you have to clean is your own bedroom, 
but that doesn't mean not cleaning up after yourself!).

At the time of moving in, you pay 1st + last month rent, 
and $75 deposit for the common household gadgets (washer, 
dryer, TV, VCR, dishwasher).

party animals, noisy adolescent types and unorganized slobs.
