I am a BU grad student. I look for a roommate ASAP.

1 room in 2 BR apartment available for rent .
Off Comm.Ave.,quiet place, 100 yards to T spot, 
only one roommate and rent is 610 plus electrisity and gas. 
A lot of space. Laundry in the basement.

rent starts on Dec 1, 2001. 
Available now, you can move in earlier - no rent for November.
