A final year Electrical Engineering PhD student at BU is looking for a room
preferably in a two-bedroom apartment starting September 1.

The preferred location is Allston/Brighton/Brookline (hopefully close to BU,
the green line or a bus line), however Newton, Watertown and Cambridge are
also possibilities.

Can pay up to $650 a month (up to $750 if heat/hot water are included).

I'm a very quiet, clean, friendly, mature and non-smoking male looking for
the same in a roommate(s) (male or female). I spend most of the time in the
lab or writing up my thesis.

Another option is to search for an apartment together.
