-Must be willing to sign lease from 12/1/00 to 8/31/00. Afterwards, the
lease is renewable on a 12 month basis.

three family house. The apartment has two porches. The lease includes
rights to one parking space (on street parking is available w/o a
sticker). Small pets (i.e. cats) are negotiable. MBTA access to the

graduate students preferred.
