Available January 1st 2001, 1 bedroom in very very spacious 3
bedroom house. The house is located in Somerville, on Powder House
Blvd, 8-10-min walk to Davis Sq. T stop (Red line), almost in Tufts
University campus. The bedroom has a good size, it is bright (2 windows
facing north), and has a huge closet. People living in the house are
two graduate students F & M, from Tufts and Harvard University. Rent is
$700 month plus utilities. The house (not the room) is furnished
already, but there is still space for more furniture if needed. The
house has front and back porch, living room, dining room, eat-in
kitchen, and extra room (there is a couch in that room, not used very
often).

The leaving roommate has some furniture in her room, it may be available

if interested.

Thanks,
