2002. The room is spacious, clean and gets plenty of
sunlight. In all the apartment has, 3 Bedrooms + common room + kitchen +
bath. Great location - just off memorial drive, diagonally
across from Trader Joes, Microcomputer Center (great huge computer store)
and a stones throw from the Charles River and Magazine Street park.
10-15 min walk to the Central Square T stop, MIT and Boston University.

There is NO lease/sublease to sign
Rent is $595/month + electricity
FREE high-speed internet access + basic cable

Also:

It is possible (but not required) to rent beyond July (regular, new lease
from August)
We are male graduate students
Very clean and silent (usually away at school)
Non-smoking only and no pets are allowed.
