One furnished room available for sublet from July 19 to August 31 in
a 3-bedroom
apartment in Allston. One block from a Green B Line T stop (two
stops from Harvard
Avenue). The rent (for the whole period) is $550 (or best offer) +
phone/electricity/gas
(total around US$30). Kitchen is equipped, laundry is just around
the corner and there
is a Star Market 4 T stops away. Great  location for Boston
University students. One
of the roomates (a male BU grad student) will remain in the
apartment for the next year.
