A nice studio in Allston/Brookline is available for rent
starting 1/1/2003 for 8 months. It features the following:

* Conveniently located at the 1100 block on Commonwealth Av.
* 1 min to the B line T stop, close to BU, BC, HARVARD, etc.
* Very close to Shaw's and Super 88
* Private kitchen and private bathroom, 2 closets, hardwood floor
* On the 3rd floor in a 5-story building, laundry in the building
* On-site parking available for extra fee, ample free street parking
* Rent is $810/month (including heat and cooking gas), no realtor's fee
* Sorry, no pets

Need some one to take over my lease until 8/31/2003.
Renewal of the lease possible after Sep 2003. If
interested, please call Ning at (617)968-7870(cell) or
(617)731-3293(home).
