X-Orig-MsgId: <vuowvpz3qjm.fsf@csa.bu.edu> Hello, I have a VisualInterdev project under source control (VSS 6.0). One of the people on my team resigned, but left a file checked-out (doh!) Not only that, but the user's name has now been wiped out of our NT domain at work. Is there a way to remove this file from source control (even brute-forcing it out by deleting the appropriate files from my system is fine) or break its lock? I do have administrative access to the box that VSS is running on, so that's not a problem. I took a look at it in the VSS GUI, but that only shows the VisualInterdev solution file for some reason -- I'm not sure why, as I didn't set this up originally. I also poked around in the VSS directories, but I wasn't sure how VSS is tracking these files. Does anyone know how I can just get rid of this file or break the lock? Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thanks. -Emerick -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emerick Rogul /\/ "the doctor smiles terribly.
