Hi all-

        I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas (for those who
celebrate)!  Can you believe that next week's shimmey results will be for
the new  year?!?!?  Allow me to take this opportunity to wish you all the
best in your weight loss endeavors and in life in this new year.

        Also, at this time we must officially bid farewell to Leigh who
has reached week #3 (as there was no Shimmey list sent out last week)!
Congrats on your accomplishment, Leigh!  Finally, we must also bid adieu
to Katie who will no longer be participating.  Good luck to the two of
you!
