1 large bedroom in a 3-bedroom duplex is available for a summer
sublet at The Atrium.  

Both floors have balconies overlooking an outdoor swimming pool and 
sundeck. The sublet is from June 1 to August 31, 1996 although we
can arrange an earlier take-over.  The rent for that room, which
has a full bathroom right outside the door, is $630 although
that sum is negotiable.

The apartment is located at 1079 Commonwealth Avenue, just past west
campus, adjacent to the new Star Market.  The T, #57 bus and BU
Shuttle all run past the front of the building.

There is a 24-hour guard desk and all tenants are issued ID cards for 
security.  Guest are required to sign in with the guard as an added
precaution.

Central Airconditioning and a dishwasher come with the apartment,
handy during the hot summer months, and there are two laundry rooms
down the hallway.  Other laundry facilities are also available on 
other floors in the building.

A one-month refundable security deposit is required.
