Worldmachine Technologies Corporation is an Internet consulting and
engineering services agency located in Boston, Massachusetts.  Founded in
1995, we focus exclusively on the design and development of complex,
highly-functional web-driven software applications.

We are in the process of expanding, and are searching for individuals who
are excited about working in a high-energy, rapid growth environment.
Currently, we have an opening for an INTERNET APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER
with 1-3 years of experience.  The ideal candidate should have experience
with the following:

Requirements:

- General:  strong understanding of Internet and intranet technologies.
  The ideal candidate will have spent an enormous amount of time
  "online", and be excited about working in a startup company environment.
  Must have good interpersonal and communications skills.

- Software development:  competency in at least two of the following:
  Java, Perl, VB/VB Script, TCL/Tk.  Experience with application server
  tools such as NetDynamics, WebSpeed and WebLogix a plus.

- Internet:  must have a thorough understanding of HTML and CGI.
  Client and server-side JavaScript/JScript is a plus.

- Design methodology:  experience authoring design documentation and
  working within the guidelines of a structured software design process.

- Operating systems:  at least one flavor of Unix (absolutely a
  must-have), and Windows NT.  Knowledge of system and network
  administration fundamentals is also desirable.

- RDBMS:  Should have experience with SQL and at least one of the
  following systems:  Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server 6.5/7, Informix.
  JDBC, CORBA and DCOM experience is a plus.
