NEED  �IT� HELP?


IS YOUR HOME COMPUTER HAVING PROBLEMS?


--Do you need someone to upgrade your computer�RAM, MODEM, NIC, etc.?


--You called your computer hardware�s manufacturer for technical
support. After spending more than 20 minutes on the phone, nothing got
resolved. You are frustrated and need help.


--It�s 2am. You�re machine just died on you. You have an important
deliverable due at 8am. Most Support Centers are closed at this hour.
You need help urgently, despite the late hour.


--The world is talking about the Internet, E-mail, Information
Technology, E-commerce, etc. These are all just words to you and you
