Your own business
ActiveSMS members are entitled to purchase an ActiveSMS Independent
Business
i.e. become an IBO (Independent Business Owner). A member becomes an IBO,
by
definition, simply by introducing one new member to the DataBase, this new
member is his/her first sales manager, and is in their 1st level. It
follows
that this Sales Manager may then become an IBO in his/her own right by
introducing a new member. This new member is then defined as a sales rep to
the original IBO, being in his/her 2nd LEVEL. An ActiveSMS Independent
Business may have a maximum of 2 levels.

An ActiveSMS Independent Business costs 20 USD.

On becoming an IBO, as described above, ActiveSMS opens an account for this
new IBO, and debits the account with 20 USD, the purchase price of the
business. This is a once off purchase and is debited only on the opening of
the account.

We know we are going to make you money and are therefore prepared to carry
this debit against your future earnings!

An ActiveSMS Independent Business will be charged an Annual Administration
Fee of 20 USD, which will be debited to it�s account on each anniversary of
its formation. The 1st years Administration Fee is included in the purchase
of the business.

How it works in practise
Now let us assume that you have become an IBO. For every member in your 1st
level, your sales mangers, that becomes an IBO in their own right, you will
have your account CREDITED with 20% of their Independent Business purchase,
i.e. 4 USD, and, for every member in your 2nd level that becomes an IBO in
their own right, you will be credited with 20% of their Independent
Business
purchase, another 4 USD.

Let�s assume you, A, are a member, the first person you introduce is B...

A becomes an IBO, an account is opened for A and is debited with 20 USD.

Because B has purchased a business A is credited with 4 USD (1st level)
C becomes B�s 1st sales manager.

How your business will make money
Now that the joining and business purchase explanation is clear, let�s get
on to the exciting part, how your business is going to earn revenue.

Advertisers will be sought to advertise their products/services by way of a
commercial SMS (an advert) to a targeted selection of ActiveSMS Database
members. The advertisers will select members by specifying certain criteria
by which they wish a recipient to qualify:

For example: The advertiser may wish to reach Male members between the age
of 35 and 45 who live in the Johannesburg area that have included Outdoor
Life as one of their interests. The selection process will only inform the
advertiser of how many members qualify, ActiveSMS will never divulge the
personal details of the members to advertisers (please see our privacy
statement). It is budgeted that the fee to be charged to advertisers will
be
0.75 USD per commercial SMS.

The IBO will be credited with 20% of the fee charged to the advertiser for
every commercial SMS received by a member in their 1st level.

The IBO will be credited with 10% of the fee charged to the advertiser for
every commercial SMS received by a member in their 2nd level.

The IBO will supply ActiveSMS with details of an account that is capable of
receiving electronic funds transfers into which ActiveSMS will transfer
credit balances accrued on their account at a frequency to be advised and
in
