Does anyone know of a website that shows
how much CO-2 we (California) is emitting and has
emitted in the past?

Is it more or less than last year?

Apparently they want to get down to 2000 levels
by 2010, by 2020, Reduce to 1990 levels,
and by 2050 reduce to 80 percent Below 1990 Levels.

So is there a website that shows how we're doing?
