I recently reroofed my house and now have approximately 500 sq ft (5500 lbs) of
old roofing tile. The tile is fired clay with some mortar. What can I do with
this stuff? I'd prefer not to landfill it. It's not hazardous by any means,
and should be stable. Anyone know of a way of reusing or recycling this
material? I'll bet there is a lot of clay tile being sent to landfills in
California!
