This discussion forum is about how to improve life in California.  The
author proposed a new and never tried or discussed before solution to
California's problems - to become independent, which would give
Californians the ability to decide most of the issues that affect life
in California,
here in California, instead of working toward a goal that one day the
Federal govenment will feel the way that Californians do about a giant
variety of issues.
