Citibank lost my business in such a simple way it is almost foolish.

I have MBNA and Citibank. I use MBNA and keep Citibank in reserve for any 
extensions. Citibank *was* giving me the card at no annual fee. I got a letter 
stating that they were going to charge me a fee, SINCE I WASN'T USING THE CARD!

Obviously... no interest... then get the buck$ up front! I told them they they 
could go SC**W themselves and to cancel my card. I have since gotten 8 billings 
from them for the card I have told them to cancel. Total incompetance.

As for MBNA. Not a bad company to do business with. The interest rates a tad 
high (18%), but the service has always been excellent.
