Was this guy trying to get his and Brett's accounts restored, or trying to
get the s.a. Mark teed off enough at him (and by extension, Brett) to make a
note that under no circumstances should he (or, by extension, Brett) ever get
another account? With all the misspellings, mispunctuation, incompetent gram-
mar, stray clauses, gratuitous insults, and disregard for private property
and for Federal law, it seems highly unlikely that this guy has any real
interest in education, but instead has a totally different private agenda.

Brett Elliot would be better served (and more likely to get his account back)
if he were represented by someone who will not get hysterical when confronted
with a computer, who will calmly look into the reasons for the cancellation
and work with the s.a. to restore the account or arrive at some other accom-
modation.
