The Silent Observer Fugitive of the Month Program is asking for the public's
assistance in locating several wanted felons. The following individuals have
been previously featured as "Fugitive of the Month" but have yet to be
captured.

PAUL JAMES SINCLAIR, wanted for 5 counts of Cocaine Delivery. He was
originally featured as a "Fugitive of the Month" in November 2002.

DAVID PORTER CRAIL, wanted for 6 counts of Possession of Cocaine, Felony
Firearm Charges, Probation Violation, and Felony Drunk Driving. He has a
criminal history including weapons offenses, Breaking and Entering and
Felonious Assault. He was featured in December 2003.

RUFUS GRANBERRY JR, wanted for Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
and Analogues, 2 Felony Firearm counts, and being a Habitual Offender. He
has an extensive criminal history including Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
and Carry a Concealed Weapon. Granberry, who uses the alias of Christopher
Michael Johnson, also goes by "Mike" or "Batman".  He was featured in
October 2004.

STEVEN LEROY BROWN, wanted for Parole Violation. He has a criminal history
including assault, narcotics, and weapons possession. He was featured in
April 2005.

MATTHEW STEPHEN DORSEY, for a Parole Violation, Home Invasion, and Domestic
Violence.  He has a criminal history including Breaking and Entering,
Larceny, Receiving/Concealing Stolen Property, and Fleeing Police. He was
featured in December 2005.

Silent Observer offers citizens the opportunity to provide police with vital
information - yet remain anonymous. Silent Observers can receive rewards of
up to $5,000 for providing information leading to the arrest of individuals,
who are later bound over for trial.

The Fugitive of the Month Program features a monthly "Wanted Fugitive" whose
capture requires public assistance. The maximum reward level is $1,000
dollars. To date, this program has featured 94 fugitives and 89 have been
captured.
