Apparently there is an investigation into California hospitals overcharging patients by getting them to pay bills beyond what the insurance company has paid. If you check out https://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/hospitals_overcharging there is more information on this and what can be done about it. They also provide a free case evaluation for those who may have been affected by this. I hope this might be of some help. kr0

If people are smart, then they will use another service than your own, but thanks for the info anyway.
