WHY INVEST IN THE SWISS FRANC?

For over 250 years, Switzerland has had a reputation of being a
safe and secure place to warehouse foreign funds. The Swiss
franc has enjoyed an equallly impressive history. Over the past
20 years the Swiss franc has appreciated in value 250% against
the US dollar and the Swiss currency is backed by gold over 200%
(at current prices).

The US dollar has been slowly losing its role as the key
international currency over the past two decades. The US dollar
today accounts for about 50% of the international reserves held
by foreign countries, down from 80%, 20 years ago. Given the
current US budget deficits and low level of savings, the long
range outlook for the US dollar is not good!

WHY INVEST IN A SWISS ANNUITY?

A Swiss annuity vaguely resembles the annuity product that most
Americans are familiar with. However, it is a superior hybrid
product with a whole array of desirable features.

The Swiss annuity is a very liquid investment with no upfront
costs. You can hold the annuity in Swiss frances or switch to a
variety of foreign currencies including US dollars. All interest
earned by the investment is tax deferred until the funds are
pulled out or when annuitized. The Swiss Secrecy Law applies to
Swiss annuities, making this investment as private as a Swiss
bank account without Swiss withholding taxes. Swiss annuities
are protected by Swiss law against lawsuits and creditors.

The Swiss insurance industry has enjoyed a 130 year history of
always meeting their obligations and no Swiss insurance company
has ever closed their doors. Swiss insurance companies are known
for very conservative balance sheets and invest primarily in
Swiss investments.

If you have a minimum of $10,000 to invest, a Swiss annuity
should differently be part of your investment Portfolio. If you
are interested in receiving more information on Swiss annuities,
send email to: phatrch@primenet.com, with your name and mailing
address. A Swiss Investment Counselor who has been introducing
international clients to Swiss investments for over two decades,
will mail you a detailed package of information.
