Law Journal Seminars-Press presents the third annual seminar on
Multimedia and Interactive Technology Licensing on October 12 and 13, 1995
at The New York Helmsley Hotel in New York City.
The seminar focuses on the information needed to understand this
rapidly changing practice area. The entire morning of the first day is
devoted to Multimedia licensing. Topics such as product definition,
future technologies, print publishing and royalty calculations will be
discussed. Interactive Online Publishing will be covered on the afternoon
of the first day. Topics include distribution, electronic bulletin board,
licensing and defamation. Software, copyright, trademark and
merchandising licensing will be discussed on the morning of the second day
of the program along with a new section on telecommunications, cable and
alternative delivery systems.
In addition, each section of the seminar includes a panel discussion
based on a hypothetical fact pattern. These discussions will help
attendees assimilate the substantive information presented.
