About the 1995 TiE Conference-Workshop:

The upcoming 1995 TiE conference and workshop will focus on Marketing
for Entrepreneurs. This two-day conference, while emphasizing marketing,
will also offer seminars and workshops on topics of general interest to
the aspiring entrepreneurs. We expect more than 500 people to attend
this year's conference. The attendees will include highly successful
entrepreneurs as well as those in the process of building a business.

The conference will open with a keynote address by Mr. Michael Hackworth,
President and CEO of Cirrus Logic Inc., who has grown a high tech
business from scratch to nearly $1 billion per year. The banquet speaker
will be Dr. Malik Hasan, CEO of HealthNet. The keynote address on the
second day will be delivered by Dr. Gordon Bell. Dr. Bell will discuss
the Bell Mason methodology for assessing high tech ventures.

There will be three concurrent tracks of expert panels. In all there
will be 18 sessions. The topics covered in the seminar include Product
Marketing, Startup Marketing, Channel Marketing, Market Communication,
Market Segmentation, Public Relations, Creating Strategic Leverage and
International Marketing. Additional topics of general interest include
Business Plan, Raising Money, Executive Team, and Legal and Ethical
Responsibility.

The 1994 TiE Conference was highly successful. Attended by about 500
people, its theme was entrepreneurship. The attendees overwhelmingly
rated the conference as one of the best they had ever participated in.
