	The problem is that "enterprises" are not "in the spirit" of
UseNet, or so the consensus is.  The UseNet is what this collection of
various newsgroups/bulletin boards is called.  The InterNet is the
network infrastructure that it's distributed across.  The InterNet was
not originally intended for commercial usage.  The InterNet does not
have a central governing body or organization.  It exists because many
sites linked to it have taken the responsibility to maintain
connections to other machines on the net.  In many cases, individuals
volunteer their time to help with maintenance.  Many of them would be
upset at the idea that the work they do for little or no pay is to
support someone's moneymaking.
	Also, as a NETCOM user, you should know that some people have
to pay to even get newsgroups.  I doubt many of them want to pay to
get advertisements.
