I missed the earlier post but Folsom Resevoir has the greatest
percentage of space availible for incoming flows than do any of the
other resevoirs in northern Ca.  The last stats I saw was that Folsom
was at approx. 85% or less.  Most of the others are at 90% and above.  I
would say one more dam would would be too damn many!!!
